Guidelines for Posting Comments

I welcome comments from all people, whether you agree with my thoughts or not.  In fact, I welcome remarks from those with differing views as a way to have an open dialogue and debate.  However, as this blog is aimed at readers of all ages, I ask that you let your ideas speak for your passions and that you please refrain from engaging in personalities or using unsuitable language. 

In order to keep discussions interesting and informative, please keep your comments relevant to the topic at hand. I will try my best to be responsive, and ask only that you help by keeping on the week’s subject or subjects.  While I always welcome hearing the thoughts of those who may hold differing views on important issues, these comments must be made in a respectful manner.  Insults, personal attacks, rudeness, and blanket unsupported statements reduce the level of discourse and will be removed. 

Although comments will be reviewed by an administrator, the only entries that will be taken down are those that violate the above guidelines.
